PAN'S THICKET

this is a dense patch of forest home to all sorts of creatures. it's so easy to get lost here people swear gremlins erased their trails so they can't find their way out. this can be a very dangerous area if you don't know how to navigate without sunlight. the dense canopy blocks out light until noon, when the direct sunlight leaves shafts of light on the thicket.
